The Juniper Lake Campground is located on the east shore of Juniper Lake via a 13-mile paved/gravel road. All single campsites are first-come, first-served only. Reservations are required for the two group sites and one stock corral. Drinking water is not available.

Published camping fees
- Campsite
- $12 · First-come, first-served campsite. Each campsite is equipped with a picnic table, fire grate, bearproof box, and parking area. Electric and water hookups are not available. Vehicles must stay on paved/graveled areas. No water is available in the campground.
- Group Campsite
- $32 · Tent camping only. Group site capacity is limited to a minimum of 10, and a maximum of 15 people, and up to six licensed vehicles. Each group campsite is equipped with three picnic tables, three fire grates, three metal food lockers, and a parking area. No water is available in the campground.
- Stock Corral
- $30 · Two metal panel corrals. Only one stock party is assigned to the site at one time. Group site capacity is limited to a maximum of 10 people, 8 animals, and 4 licensed vehicles, which include trailers. Stock parties must camp at the corral campsite. Hitch rails are not provided. Portable corrals are not allowed except within designated corral enclosure areas.

- Do not cut, saw, or break any standing trees, dead or alive for firewood. You may gather dead wood that is down on the ground within 30 feet of the road and less than 4 inches in diameter. Chainsaw use is not permitted. Fires are allowed only in designated fire grates. Do not build rock rings or burn trash in the grate. Never leave fires or hot coals unattended and extinguish them completely before leaving.

Source: National Park Service API for sites, facilities, campground locations and published fee entries; NPS Public Use Statistics for monthly recreation visits, 1979–2025. Snapshot retrieved 2026-10-03. 474 NPS site records include 62 national-park API records; Sequoia and Kings Canyon share one API record. These record counts are not the official count of individually designated parks. 392 API site records have matched visitation history, including the separately reported Sequoia and Kings Canyon visit totals combined for their shared API record. 665 campgrounds are included.
Complete monthly series reconcile with the source’s annual totals. Published annual totals remain available for years with partial monthly reporting. Four monthly entries contain negative accounting corrections. They remain in the archived data and annual totals, and are unavailable as ordinary monthly visit counts. Blank data is not zero. Recreation visits are visits, not unique people. Month as percent of annual peak = selected month visits ÷ largest monthly count that year × 100, requiring twelve nonnegative monthly values. This helps compare recorded seasonality; it is not a crowding forecast, reservation forecast, or present-condition report.
Activities and amenities reflect published NPS entries, rather than a guarantee of access on a particular day. Fees and pass categories are dated 2026-10-03; official site and reservation links provide current conditions and rules. Campground points are published NPS coordinates. Offshore sites can be viewed on the world extent. Broader public-land agencies are outside this reviewed NPS snapshot.
