Dry Creek Group Campground includes two large campsites. Each site is primitive and may be reserved for groups of up to 50 people (20 people minimum). The campsites are located within oak woodland on a peninsula surrounded on three sides by Whiskeytown Lake. The primitive campground is located near Brandy Creek Marina.

Reservations are required for Dry Creek Group Campground and can be made up to six months in advance. In 2021, the campground is open June 1st to October 31st. The fee is $80 per site per night. Minimum of 20 people per site, maximum of 50 people per site. To make a reservation, follow the URL link or call 1-877-444-6777.

This campground features unpaved ground with gentle slopes towards the middle, becoming much steeper as you near the water. Some picnic tables are wheelchair accessible. Two vault toilet restrooms are accessible.
fire Stove Policy
Campfires are allowed in designated fire rings unless fire restrictions are in effect. The use of gas lanterns & stoves are allowed unless current fire restrictions prohibit them. Do not leave campfires unattended. Always make sure that your fire is completely extinguished before you leave your campsite or before you go to sleep for the night.

Complete monthly series reconcile with the source’s annual totals. Published annual totals remain available for years with partial monthly reporting. Four monthly entries contain negative accounting corrections. They remain in the archived data and annual totals, and are unavailable as ordinary monthly visit counts. Blank data is not zero. Recreation visits are visits, not unique people. Month as percent of annual peak = selected month visits ÷ largest monthly count that year × 100, requiring twelve nonnegative monthly values. This helps compare recorded seasonality; it is not a crowding forecast, reservation forecast, or present-condition report.
